Kevin Kennedy is a leader in Boston's commercial real estate industry and has been providing strategic advisory services to tenants and owners since 2001. He joined CBRE/New England in July 2003 following its merger with Insignia/ESG. Since 2001, Mr. Kennedy has distinguished himself as one of the top brokerage professionals in Boston. In addition to a variety of local transactions, Mr. Kennedy has established numerous long-term relationships with some of the world's largest corporations who benefit from his representation on a national level. Most recently, Mr. Kennedy helped coordinate significant expansion assignments for Industrious, Duck Creek Technologies, LeClairRyan, AMP, Localytics and EverFi—some of the fastest growing companies in the country.
