Kevin Hagenberg

Kevin Hagenberg is a Partner of SSH Real Estate. He began working for the firm in May 2014, initially focusing on leasing and sales. Kevin’s responsibilities grew to include managing SSH Real Estate’s suburban office and overseeing the brokerage team. Kevin has over 18 years of industry experience and specializes in the suburban office and industrial markets of Philadelphia. Kevin has experience in project leasing for landlords, tenant representation, and investment sales. He has represented institutional owners and private companies in acquisitions, dispositions, new leases, and lease restructurings throughout his career. Kevin now helps to coordinate the long-term strategy for the Brokerage Division and SSH Real Estate’s growth and success. Kevin previously worked at the Flynn Company before joining SSH Real Estate. Kevin lives in West Chester, Pennsylvania, and when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.
