Kevin Gonzalez

Kevin Gonzalez is part of Colliers’ dominant South Florida Brokerage team – eleven passionate, driven commercial real estate (CRE) advisors offering expertise in agency representation services for institutional and privately-held office properties, with more than a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Kevin joined Colliers after nine years with CBRE’s Agency team where he oversaw over $500M worth of transactions while providing leasing advisory services to a wide range of local, regional and multinational corporations, non-profits, and educational institutions. Prior to CBRE, Kevin was a Sales Associate with Costa Realtors Private Capital group, assisting in the acquisition of multifamily, industrial and large land assemblages. He began his career as an Asset and Property Manager with Welcome Realty, where he assisted in the acquisition and management of more than 200 multifamily units. Kevin is a life-long resident of Miami who is fluent in both English and Spanish.
