Kevin Foley

Kevin Foley is a Vice President with CBRE Capital Markets, Investment Properties, based in West Los Angeles. He is a member of Investment Properties-SoCal/Phoenix/Vegas, considered one of the premier investment sales brokerage teams in the Pacific Western United States. Kevin specializes in the sale of office, industrial, medical and land throughout the Los Angeles region and represents institutional and high net worth owners with their real estate requirements by providing specialized marketing strategies tailored to each asset, as well as, localized market expertise. Prior to joining CBRE, Kevin spent three years at Bellwether Asset Management, where he played an integral role in building out the asset management arm for Oaktree Capital’s real estate portfolio. Bellwether is engaged as a consultant on an exclusive basis by Oaktree. Kevin specialized in the monitoring and analysis of a portfolio of real estate debt and equity investments across all property types (office, industrial, hotel, retail, & residential). He worked with acquisition and asset management teams and provided financial analysis on investments to help maximize returns and identify optimal exit strategies. In addition, he assisted in the fundraising efforts for Oaktree’s Real Estate Opportunities funds and Real Estate Debt funds. Kevin is a graduate of the University of San Diego where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate, and was a member of the football team. Outside the office, Kevin enjoys golfing, traveling and playing beach volleyball.
