Kevin Eskridge is a native St. Louisan and has a passion for helping entrepreneurs find new spaces to grow their businesses. Eskridge earned his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies at Lindenwood University. While in school and after graduating, he worked with a commercial property management company, overseeing retail buildings, and taking care of the tenant, business owners. He supervised facility upgrades, inventory control and especially enjoyed seeing the businesses grow. During his time there, he oversaw nine commercial buildings, which had 225 individual tenants. In 2019, he helped St. Louis become the most profitable market for a national chain. Since joining Hilliker, Eskridge has worked with entrepreneurs and corporate managers, with great effectiveness, helping them buy, sell, or lease new facilities. Three guiding principles that drive Eskridge in serving his clients are: Honesty: Being open with clients so they always understand exactly what’s going on. Accessibility: Always being available to the client whether in person or by text, email or cell. Creativity: Trying to help the client visualize what they need in a space and helping them maximize what they’re trying to accomplish. Eskridge’s wife, Lauren, works for Washington University. Kevin is heavily involved in sports as a lacrosse coach and a semi-professional lacrosse player for the Missouri Mastodons.
