Kevin Endres is the founder and co-owner of Three West, LLC where he uses his extensive professional background to provide commercial real estate, real estate development, and business consulting services to clients from multiple industries. Additionally he is a registered Professional Engineer and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Michigan. Prior to the launch of Three West, Kevin served as Project Manager and Shareholder of Gosling Czubak Engineering Sciences, Inc. in Traverse City. At the 60-person private consulting firm, Kevin successfully managed both residential and commercial development projects. Kevin was also chiefly responsible for the company’s business development strategies and quality control practices. He had also spent five years at Gosling Czubak earlier in his career serving as a project engineer responsible for numerous civil design projects. During 2003, and ’04, Kevin was the President and Manager of Popp Engineering, LLC of Traverse City, where he oversaw all facets of civil design projects including finances, marketing, scheduling, budgeting, design and drafting. Kevin's professional affiliations include a past seat on the East Bay Township Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals. He is the past President, State Director and Legislative Committee Chair for the Northern Chapter of the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE). Kevin is the past President of a Traverse City Chapter of Business Network International (BNI). He is a member of the Traverse Area Chamber of Commerce’s Transportation Committee and sits on the New Designs for Growth DevelopMentor Panel. Kevin is a member of the Board of Directors for the Bay Area Transportation Authority (BATA), the Economic Club of Traverse City, and local chapter of Junior Achievement. Kevin was born in Traverse City, Michigan and attended Traverse City Saint Francis High School before attending Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in May of 1999.
