Kevin Dudley

Kevin joined CBRE in 2010 and was promoted in 2024 to Vice Chairman. Mr. Dudley is the co-chair of the CBRE Tri-State Black Excellence Group, is a member of the CBRE Global Supply Chain Practice and CBRE Ports and Integrated Logistics group, and an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He was named to the 2021 Colbert Coldwell Circle for CBRE's National Top 3% Producers, topping more than $2.3 billion in transactions, and was recognized with his team for three Deal of the Year awards in 2020, 2019 and 2016 by New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).
