Kevin Driver

Kevin Driver joined Stream in 2012 as a junior broker when the firm was in its infancy in Atlanta. He quickly rose in the ranks over his initial years in leasing and is currently a Senior Vice President. Kevin has the responsibility of marketing and leasing a portfolio of 3,500,000 square feet of office space on behalf of a multitude of valued customers, managing client relationships and is charged with continuing to grow Stream’s presence in the Atlanta market. Kevin has been entrusted by some of the largest investors of real estate to create value within their portfolios, retain tenants and stay ahead of market trends. In many instances, these investors have hired Kevin as their tenant representative for office space. Over the course of Kevin’s career, he has successfully completed more than 650 transactions totaling more than 3,800,000 square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $650,000,000. Prior to Stream, Kevin began his career with CBRE managing a portfolio of 1,400,000 square feet of trophy office buildings on behalf of the owner, CBRE Global Investors.
