Kevin Delehanty is a senior managing director at Newmark. His primary market is San Francisco and the Peninsula. Kevin draws upon more than 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate brokerage and consulting business to provide advice and assistance to his clients in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned commercial real estate. Kevin has assisted a variety of firms with the procurement and negotiation of office space leases as well as commercial property investments and dispositions. He has represented individuals, partnerships, large corporations, as well as small local businesses, in the completion of real estate transactions in the San Francisco Bay Area, and across the country through the extensive Newmark network. Kevin has been consistently ranked as one of the top producers at Newmark (NorCal). During his career as a real estate broker and advisor, he has participated in commercial sales and lease transactions involving more than 10.0 million square feet of space, with a value in excess of $3.0 billion dollars. Kevin began his real estate career with a small firm in Dallas while attending college. He returned home to the Bay Area in 1983 and worked with Colliers International until 1987. In 1988, Kevin founded Delehanty Commercial Brokerage, which specialized in tenant representation, landlord representation, investments and consulting. In 1996, Mr. Delehanty returned to Colliers International, where he served as senior vice president for 12 years before joining Newmark in 2008.
