Kevin Dalrymple

Kevin is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Member, a designation awarded by the CCIM Institute. He is responsible for representing buyers and sellers for retail, office, land, industrial, and investment projects. In addition, Kevin is actively involved in the investment division of Clay & Company. He is responsible for identifying and evaluating in-house investment opportunities and maintains a successful portfolio of personal investments. In April of 2014, Kevin was chosen by Real Estate Forum Magazine as one of Tomorrow's Leaders of Texas and in 2013, along with Tim and Amy, Kevin was the recipient of Honorable Mention for the William C. Jennings Commercial Transaction of the Year from the Texas Association of REALTORS®. Prior to joining the company, Kevin worked as the Sales Director for REDNews with territories in Houston, Austin, and San Antonio and he currently serves on their Advisory Board. Kevin is originally from San Antonio and graduated from Texas Christian University in 2005
