Kevin Conway

In 2020, Kevin joined the WHLR teams as a Sr. Leasing Associate. Based in Charlotte, NC, Kevin is primarily responsible for leasing a portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia while also handling land redevelopment projects. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and a concentration on grocery-anchored retail, Kevin manages over 1.6 million square feet of gross leasable area including national tenants like Dollar Tree, Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, and Anytime Fitness to name a few. Promoted to Sr. Leasing Manager in 2022, Kevin now oversees the leasing efforts for over 33 shopping centers. Kevin also holds a membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Graduating from Xavier University, Kevin earned his B.A. in Communications. In his spare time, you can find Kevin spending time with his two sons, playing tennis, and yelling “fore” out on the golf course.
