Kevin Bentley

Kevin Bentley has more than 35 years experience in sales and has spent the last 20 years in commercial real estate. He began his career in the industry with the largest firm in the Upstate and quickly became a top producer. In 2005, he took advantage of the opportunity to invest and become a partner and Principal in the newly formed Bentley Commercial, LLC. In 2011, he became Senior Vice President when Bentley Commercial re-branded as a division of Lee & Associates. Kevin has a keen sense for pairing his clients with a suitable property by keeping an accurate inventory of all available properties in the area. Specializing in industrial sales and leasing, Kevin places the utmost importance in finding suitable properties and negotiating leases and acquisitions that are most beneficial to his clients and their long-term success. Involvement in local city and county government through various volunteer efforts makes it possible for Kevin to be on the cutting edge of new business in the area as well as expansion needs in the Upstate of South Carolina.
