Kevin Archer

Kevin W. Archer has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, including extensive experience in Asset Management for RREEF, a $25 billion investment advisory firm. As Managing Director for RREEF, Kevin’s responsibilities included oversight of the management and leasing of a 140 million square foot national industrial portfolio and a 24 million square foot national office portfolio. RREEF’s investment clients totaled 251 represented by commingled, separate accounts, value added, and venture capital firms. Kevin currently conducts Asset Management consulting services on a commercial portfolio that totals over $200 million. Kevin has successfully negotiated retail, industrial, and office leases with local, regional, and national tenants, on both the ownership and tenant sides of the transaction. He also has extensive experience in the acquisition of Dallas/Fort Worth office and retail properties.
