Mr. Willis has worked with local developers to identify inner city industrial properties for redevelopment and has served as a tenant representative for multi-national companies looking to expand their distribution and manufacturing presence in Houston, the nation's fourth largest industrial market. He has completed more than 350 transactions in real estate totaling nearly $1 Billion in sales and lease values. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Willis worked for Avison Young, a commercial real estate firm, representing clients in the buying, selling and leasing of real estate. Prior to his real estate brokerage career, he ran a successful small environmental services business that focused on industrial developments across Houston, implementing erosion control plans, landscape designs and installations for large institutional grade developers.
