Kent brings over 7 years of commercial real estate experience and expertise. Since joining Centric in 2015, he has worked hard to develop new business, monitor market activity, produce financial and economic reports, identify economic incentives and conduct site reviews. This knowledge is used to quickly seize opportunities, accelerate the transaction process and augments the client’s ability to make informed real estate decisions. Kent’s market knowledge, work ethic and high-level of customer service has led to many successful lease transactions and satisfied clients. Prior to Centric, he focused on tenant representation and market research in the Corporate Services division at HPI in Austin.
