Real Estate and Investment Experience Mr. Kachigian has owned apartment buildings for 20 years. He has revitalized multiple properties, recognizing undervalued Real Estate, with a vision for improvements leading to rent increases, better tenants and more efficient buildings. In addition, he has experience with the complexities of Los Angeles Rent Control. Previous Experience Kent spent eight years as a Financial Services Advisor with Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo Advisors. In those positions he helped investors with Tax-Free Bonds, Stocks, Mutual Funds, Insurance and Retirement Accounts. As a pharmaceutical representative in the San Gabriel Valley for 20 years, he gained the trust and respect of many local physicians and healthcare professionals. Civic Activities Docent for the Los Angeles Zoo, Friend of El Centro D Accion Social Pasadena, Advisory Board Member of the Museum of Social Justice Los Angeles. Education Bachelor of Economics Degree from San Diego State University Kent lives in Altadena with his wife, Norma, who works at Huntington Hospital, and their son, Kent. He is an outdoorsman.
