During his career, Kent has overseen a nationwide portfolio of office, industrial, retail and apartment properties located in every region of the United States. He also was the Vice President of a growing regional portfolio to include 4 million square feet of commercial office, 1.5 million square feet of retail, 1 thousand apartment units, and 6 thousand parking stalls. Kent has developed apartments, office buildings (including re-skinning a tenant occupied, office high-rise), and planned for a major mixed-use development. These developments include: Social Hall Plaza, Gateway Tower West, Zion’s Bank Building, Ensign Plaza South and Colonial Court II. He also, originated leasing guidelines that maximized rents while preserving optimal occupancies. He increased operational efficiency and lease rates that lead the market. Kent directed property management, construction, architectural, parking, trash, keys, security, construction management, and leasing teams. Each team had a joint vision that significantly improved client and customer satisfaction.
