Kenny is a Los Angeles native and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990, with a BA in Economics. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate with nearly 400 successfully closed multifamily real estate transactions valued at more than $1 Billion Dollars. Kenny is a proud Federation Major Donor of The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, as well as an active member of the National Multi-Housing Group, The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and is a chair member of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home. In his free time, Kenny spends time with his wife, young son, and daughter at their home in Mar Vista.
