Ken Simon

Ken Simon brings over 40 years of experience of success in the real estate and investment fields to his management of KFS Properties, Inc. Mr. Simon received an MBA from the University of Southern California after receiving a BA in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Cruz. Upon receiving his MBA, Ken worked with the Seeley Company as a Real Estate Salesman for four years, and continued this course with Midland Properties. Ken became a partner in Black-Simon Investments, a real estate investment brokerage firm, in 1988. With this venture, Ken used his expertise to conduct portfolio analysis, site investigations, and income property acquisition for high net worth individuals. In 1991 Ken formed KFS Properties, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage company dedicated to meeting the needs of businesses and investors.
