Ken Morris SIOR

Ken is a Senior Vice President in the JLL South Florida Industrial team. Ken is focused on representing occupiers of warehouse and manufacturing facilities and serves his clients at the intersection of their enterprise and their real estate by assisting them with their real estate strategy in all facets to achieve optimal results. His expertise includes site selection, build to suit developments, acquisitions, dispositions, consolidations, renewals, land sales and acquisition, property management and project management on behalf local, national, and international companies. Ken Started his career in commercial real estate in South Florida in 1990 taking the helm of a decades old, family-owned real estate management, construction, and development company which he ultimately purchased and operated for 30 years. In 1994, Ken received his RPA designation through BOMA reflecting his expertise in commercial property management. Ken received his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) designation in 2002 which is the industry’s highest symbol of knowledge, ethics, and production in the real estate industry. Ken was raised in South Florida and is married with two grown sons.
