Ken Martinez

Kenneth Martinez has been an active real estate licensee since 1976 and a broker since 1997 engaging in various aspects of the business. Ken was recently given the title "Realtor Emeritus" by the National Association of Realtors. He has owned and managed Great Metro Realty since 1992 and was a real estate instructor at San Antonio College for 12 years ending in 1997 having taught both pre-licensing and continuing education courses. He recently received the title "Realtor Emeritus" from the National Association of Realtors, an honor awarded to members that have served the community for 40 or more years. Satisfied customers include institutional clients such as a pension fund, state agencies, a school district, the Resolution Trust Corporation, non-profits and a religious order of sisters. He also has extensive experience working with Mexicans for their personal and investment needs. Mr. Martinez has been active in commercial and residential sales and leasing and has the expertise and experience to deal with a variety of situations.
