Ken Kisbert

Ken has been actively involved in the commercial real estate industry, primarily representing owners and tenants. He was responsible for the marketing and leasing of numerous office buildings in the Kearny Mesa, Mission Valley and Governor Park submarkets over the last 25 years. He brings a wealth of “landlord and tenant knowledge” to Ashcraft Investment Company, where he will now offer his insights to the property management arena. As a Senior Vice President, Ken was a highly respected and accomplished broker with Cresa and Colliers International. Prior to that, he worked for Burnham Real Estate (currently Cushman & Wakefield) and CB Richard Ellis. Ken is currently affiliated with the following nonprofit organizations: Current Board Member/San Diego Employers Association, Current Finance Committee Member/Employment & Community Options, Past Board Member and President/San Diego Advertising Golf Association, Past Board Member/Scripps Ranch Little League, Past Board Member/Employment & Community Options. A third generation San Diegan, Ken, his wife, and two boys reside in Scripps Ranch. Ken enjoys road cycling, surfing, golf, and being with his family. Ken graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science, Anthropology degree.
