Kenneth G. Finch, Broker has been licenced since 2004 and is experienced in commercial and residential real estate sales and leasing. Based in Oakville, Ontario serving developers, landlords, and tenants in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area and surrounding regions from the Niagara Region, Kitchener/Waterloo across to Wasaga Beach. Kenneth is the past president of the Real Estate Institute of Canada and holds the designation CPM (Certified Property Manager) and FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute). Past awards include National CPM of the Year, REIC National Sales & Leasing Member of the Year, REIC National Community Service Award, REIC Toronto Chapter Member of the Year and the Royal LePage President's Gold Award.
