Ken Donnelly

Ken Donnelly and Jeff Starkey have worked together in an active partnership since 1989. Both Jeff and Ken specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial buildings and land, and investment sales. While working as full partners, the partnership is able to cover far more activity while sharing the responsibility of both building marketing plans and prospect search mandates. As a result, the writers have been able to successfully complete a far higher number of transactions each year than most agents complete in a career. Total transactions are in excess of 6,000,000 sq. ft. and total land sales exceed over 200 acres. Being directly involved in so many transactions, we feel that we have gained valuable experience on successfully completing a transaction and how to identify market value trends.
