Kelly Shea, Commercial-Industrial Specialist, has been awarded Top Producer many, many years within his career. With over 50 years experience with Commercial properties handling buyers and sellers in the 11 western states, Kelly possesses a vast amount of experience and creativity for his clients. He established and leads the Industrial Division, ‘Shea Commercial RE’, which includes personal RE Assistant Julie and MAJ staff. Kelly handles all aspects of the business including sales, leasing, investments and development. He works with companies throughout the United States servicing and guiding small start-ups to national companies with a vast range of situations for buyers, tenants, sellers, landlords and developers to succeed with their goals.
