Kelly Schmidt

Kelly Schmidt joined SVN/Walt Arnold Commercial Brokerage, Inc. as an addition to the office team in 2015. Kelly brings a strong work ethic and dedication level proven from her success in Commercial Real Estate endeavors. Kelly was an All-State and District Soccer Player of the Year at Sandia High School in Albuquerque. She attended Belmont Abbey College on both academic and an athletic scholarship where she was named Captain her senior year and was selected to the All-Conference soccer team during her Junior and Senior seasons. Kelly served as the President of LIN (Leasing Information Network) in 2018 as well as on the CARNM (Commercial Association of Realtors New Mexico) Board of Directors. Recently, Kelly was named a CoStar Power Broker for the Albuquerque market in Office Leasing Transactions. In August of 2019 Kelly was named as the "Businesswoman in Real Estate" by the Albuquerque Journal. Kelly also served as a Committee Chairperson for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) New Mexico for 2019 and 2020. Kelly is currently serving on the Board of Directors for CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) New Mexico. Kelly has been certified by SVN as an Office Specialist and continues to grow her presence as one of the premier CRE Office leasing and sales Brokers in the Albuquerque and surrounding markets. Kelly has over twenty years of experience in the service industry and six years in Commercial Real Estate. She has been recognized for her achievements on numerous occasions, including with the National Federation of Independent Business interacting with business owners in the community on a daily basis. Kelly was also associated with Keller Williams Realty as a Residential Real Estate Broker. Kelly’s experience in the sales and business industries provides her with a strong sales capability to communicate effectively and understand her clients’ needs. Outside of work, Kelly can be found kicking the soccer ball around with her nieces, riding her bicycle on the Bosque or camping/hiking with her family.
