Kelly Rule started at CBRE in 2008 to assist in the management of a top global real estate investment company’s 3 million square foot portfolio. In 2009, she moved into brokerage working with a top industrial team in South Bay Los Angeles. She was eventually recruited to the #1 ranking retail team in the Western Division of CBRE where she provided strategic merchandising and distinctive leasing solutions to major Owners and Developers for a variety of retail assets, including, but not limited to: neighborhood Centers, lifestyle and power shopping centers, and urban mixed-use projects. Since January 2019, Kelly is a Senior Vice President of Leasing for one of Sacramento’s top developers, Pappas Investments, heading their real estate department and managing the leasing of the firms’ portfolio consisting of approximately 3 million square feet of retail commercial space and 600 acres of development land.
