Kelly Patrone

Kelly is an experienced Associate Broker for Howard Hanna Professionals with over 15 years in the real estate industry. She is skilled in short sales, foreclosures, buyer representation, seller representation, single family homes, commercial properties, military and working with investors and have sold over 6.2 million in sales. Kelly graduated from SUNY Fredonia with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing. Finding buyers their dream home makes her job so rewarding and satisfying as well as being able to sell homes so her clients can open a new chapter in their life. Kelly loves to read, go to Sabre's games, watch her daughter play basketball and softball, camping and spend time with friends and family. She belong to the Chautauqua-Cattaraugus Board of Realtors where she is currently their treasurer. She attends Christ United Methodist Church and is active on their finance committee. She also volunteers with the Olean Theater Workshop and is a member of the Olean Music Boosters for Olean High School. Kelly's community is important to her and being in real estate allows her to meet new people and assist them in buying or selling.
