Kelly Hulvey

Kelly started her career in commercial real estate at Kunkel Wittenauer Group when she became a licensed real estate Broker in 2007. Before she acquired her license she managed the marketing for Kunkel Wittenauer Group along with assisting with property management. Kelly’s emphasis is on commercial leasing and sales of office, retail, medical, warehouse and special use properties. Her experience also includes representing several churches in St. Clair and Madison counties that have either expanded, downsized or relocated. As a longtime resident of Madison County, she puts her knowledge of the local market to work for her clients, helping them find the property that best fits their needs. She prides herself on extensive detail- oriented customer service to Tenant and Landlord representation. Her outgoing personality and professional attitude with the desire to assist her clients in a timely manner makes Kelly an invaluable member of the Kunkel Wittenauer Group team. Her goal is to continue building long-lasting relationships with her clients. Kelly lives in Highland with her husband, Brian, and her sons, Chandler and Drew. She enjoys traveling, cooking and cheering on her sons at sporting events, especially football!
