Throughout Kelly’s many years of experience in retail leasing, he has represented premier retail project listings and tenants in the Denver Metropolitan area. His expertise in leasing restaurant and urban specialty has lead him to negotiate over 300 restaurant transactions with some of Denver’s most prominent chains and operators, including: Matsuhisa, Jax Fish House, Thirsty Lion, Quality Italian Steakhouse, Hapa Sushi, 801 Fish, Stout Street Social, Jing, Cholon, La Loma, Grace & Guard, The Mercantile, and AMBLI. In addition, he has represented and leased 65 mixed use projects in the Denver market. He has a clear understanding of the different dynamics of a mixed use, urban location. In the industry, he is well known for his integrity and the ability to listen to and truly understand the client’s goals and business model.
