Kelly Franzino

Kelly Franzino joined LQ Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Broker Associate in 2024. She brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of the commercial real estate industry to this new role. Previously, Franzino served as Regional Vice President of Leasing for Retail Solutions Advisors in Lakeland, Florida. She was also the Regional Vice President of Leasing for Brixmor Property Group, where she handled a portfolio of over 2 million square feet throughout Florida and Georgia. Brixmor is a Real Estate Investment Trust that owns and operates a national portfolio of approximately 400 open-air shopping centers totaling 73 million square feet of retail space. Her experience additionally includes working for Century Retail as the Senior Director of Leasing. There, she handled new development and leasing for grocery-anchored shopping centers throughout the state of Florida. Kelly is actively engaged in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) member organization.
