Kelly Disser

Kelly Disser is an Executive Vice President with the Industrial Services Group of NAI Hiffman. Kelly represents private companies, owners, financial institutions, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of industrial real estate assets, investments and land throughout the greater Chicagoland markets. His objective is to always make/save his clients’ money while establishing a long-term relationship. Kelly’s unique experiences and drive to succeed enable him to achieve his clients’ goals. Kelly began his real estate career in 2002 with Duke Realty Corporation. While working for Duke, he was responsible for financial and operational management of a 22 million square foot portfolio. After working for Duke, Kelly worked for Tabani Group, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. His responsibility was to grow the company’s existing real estate portfolio through investments and new development. In 2015, Kelly became a shareholder at NAI Hiffman. Kelly has been a top producer for the past 8+ years and has developed a team that delivers unmatched market intelligence which results in market making results for his clients.
