Having lived in the Fallon-Fernley area for the past 57 years gives me the advantage of local knowledge. Licensed in 1996 and opening my brokerage in 2004, I've had the opportunity to specialize in all aspects of Real Estate. Having sold "New Homes" during the growth, I'm familiar with each development's location, style and improvements. Whether I'm searching for one's final dream home, starter home or investment property, I enjoy the challenge of meeting my clients every want and need. I listen and hear the needs of my buyers and sellers. I've raised 6 children in the Fernley area and consider myself knowledgeable in the area's schools, activities and commerce. Have been involved as a 4-H leader, PTA Member, Member of the Chamber of Commerce, board of director on America Main Street Fernley and several other volunteer initiatives, speaks how I care about our community.
