Kelley Parker has 42 years of real estate experience representing corporate clients and institutions in their multi-tenant, office, and industrial facility requirements. He has an extensive background assisting clients with difficult site acquisitions/dispositions and lease negotiations. Mr. Parker is the senior partner of the Parker/Littman team, which is one of the top producing industrial and land teams globally within Cushman & Wakefield. He is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Services Ports and Intermodal Strategy Group. Professional Experience In 1990 Mr. Parker joined Cushman & Wakefield, where he quickly became one of the company’s top-producing brokers. As a senior partner of the Parker/Littman brokerage team, the team has been working together for the last 18 years. In 2017, the Parker/Littman team represented clients in 51 transactions valued at $288,247,845. Fourteen transactions involved space requirements of 90,000 square feet or greater. In the last seven years sales or leases were completed with a cumulative transaction value of $759,125,607. Approximately 45% of transactions have been land sites during this 18-year period. Kelley Parker has been ranked in the 20 producing industrial brokers within the firm globally almost every year in the last ten years. Mr. Parker began his real estate career in 1976. He was previously a Senior Vice President with The Horne Company, where he managed the industrial brokerage department. He received numerous production awards in recognition of his outstanding sales achievement.
