ABOUT

Keith Guthrie began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 1994 with Carter specializing in commercial land sales with a strong focus on acquisition and disposition of development and redevelopment sites for his clients. While with Carter, Mr. Guthrie received numerous awards including the Distinguished Merit Award, Corporate Value Award and the Most Outstanding Lease Award. In addition, he was consistently among the Top Ten Agents in Production within the Transaction Services Group. Mr. Guthrie joined Commercial Property Professionals in 2009. Mr. Guthrie is a Life Member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and a recipient of the Phoenix Award, which is presented to those members who have achieved ten consecutive years of membership in the Million Dollar Club. Mr. Guthrie’s emphasis has been on site selection and disposition of commercial and quasi-retail land as well as development sites. His experience includes acquisition and development analysis activities for local and national developers which consist of site analysis and acquisition, gathering feasibility study data, and assisting in zoning matters. Mr. Guthrie also has extensive experience in office and industrial tenant representation. Mr. Guthrie was born in Cincinnati, OH and grew up in Atlanta, GA attending St. Pius X High School and then graduating from The University of Georgia with a degree in Economics. Mr. Guthrie is actively involved with the East Side Baseball Association, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and Christian Living Concepts. Keith resides in East Cobb with his wife, Lynda and their four children, Reese, Patrick Cary, and Eliza. Prior to working for Carter, Mr. Guthrie was previously in sales and marketing with Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceutical Co. and also with Shaw Industries.
