Keith offers an extensive understanding of the greater Denver market derived from detailed data collection and analysis completed during his tenure as a research analyst at the company. These skills are a critical component of his solutions-based approach to meeting client needs. Keith provides both landlord representation and tenant advisory services and has participated in over 390 transactions with a total value of over $1.3 billion. This includes over 140 office transactions greater than 2.1 million square feet and over 200 warehouse transactions of nearly 2.8 million square feet. Keith provided landlord agency services in over 195 of these transactions and served as either a tenant advisor or a transaction broker in over 160 others, including over 17 sublease transactions. Keith has also participated in 22 investment and 25 user sales of nearly 3.9 million square feet and 15 land sales of over 182 total acres. Keith began at Newmark in 2010 as a research analyst preparing market trend analysis and various custom research projects for multiple brokerage teams. His prior experience includes work as a leasing associate for Fleisher Smyth Brokaw, a locally based commercial property owner, and as a land tech at Transcontinent Oil Company, where he was involved in land brokerage, servicing several petroleum corporations.
