KC Cheah is the Principal/Broker of KCC Realty, LLC. Prior work experience includes being a successful business entrepreneur, engaged in developing a chain of eight restaurants. Cheah Built Tai-Pan Restaurant in Burleson from the ground up & has renovated all existing locations to conform to the "Tai-Pan Restaurant" designs. In 1999, Cheah helped form "TP Burleson, LP" as a real estate investment company to purchase potential locations & develop other real estate projects. KC is highly motivated with excellent industry knowledge. He’s sets aggressive goals and defining direction to perform to the highest level. Mr. Cheah has a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Arlington, Texas. Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Licensed CCIM) -Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate.
