Kay Michael Alexander

Mr. Kay Michael Alexander is a lifetime resident of Morgantown, WV who grew up working in his family’s business. He graduated from St. Francis School, West Virginia University and the Realtors’ Institute, in addition to education through the Society of Real Estate Appraiser, Appraisal Institute, John Wesley College, Commercial Investment Real Estate Council (CCIM), along with continuing education through the WV Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He also has earned the ABR, Green & GRI professional designations, as well as a CCIM candidate. Licensed in real estate since 1984, his early years in the industry were engaged in residential & commercial real estate appraising prior to going into sales & leasing. As a multi-million-dollar producer, he has won several national awards for being in the top 5% of leading real estate professionals in North America. In 2016, Mr. Alexander was also recognized for being in the top 1% nationally. He is very active in both residential & commercial real estate, as well as being the Director of the Commercial Division for Howard Hanna Premier Properties. Since 2007, he has received 22 national appointments to leadership positions with the National Association of Realtors (NAR). These appointments included being the 2016 & 2009 Chair of the Commercial Research Advisory Board, the 2015 & 2008 Vice Chair of the Commercial Research Advisory Board, as well as the 2017 & 2010 Past Chair of the Commercial Research Advisory Board. Other national appointments included as serving on the NAR Research Committee, the Legislative & Regulatory Subcommittee, the Commercial Committee U the Commercial Alliance Committee for the National Association of Realtors. In 2017 & 2018 he served on the NAR Commercial Connection Magazine Advisory Board. At the State level, he Chaired the Technology Committee & the Commercial Committee for the West Virginia Association of Realtors in addition to serving on numerous charity and community organizations and fundraisers Howard Hanna Premier Properties serves clients throughout the State of West Virginia and Southwestern Pennsylvania.
