Katie Lovley

Katie joined Bradley Company through the acquisition of X Ventures, the boutique commercial real estate firm based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During her time at X Ventures (December 2016-October 2018,) Katie served a vital role as Office Manager. She oversaw all financial aspects of the company and was responsible for general office and clerical duties including: assisting clients face to face, as well as over the phone, organizing meetings and appointments for agents, collaborating with agents to ensure listings were up to date, integrating photography skills by taking photos for new listings, creating marketing flyers, blogs, and e-mails, maintaining social media pages, and orchestrating all events put on by X Ventures. As an addition to the Bradley Company team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she took on a more focused Brokerage Support position, spear-heading all data-driven and marketing needs of the sales team. With her breadth of knowledge, skills, and talents, Katie moved into her new position as Sales Associate and continues to grow and be a valuable addition to the Bradley Company team.
