Katie Davis enjoys taking on new challenges and believe no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved. She strives to be highly motivated, client success oriented, and accountable. She has 20 years experience negotiating multi million dollar contracts both domestically and internationally. She loves learning from clients and helping them achieve their vision. When a client chooses her to represent them her goal is to provide exceptional knowledge, individual service, and enjoyment through every step of the process. She loves working for others and will work hard to go beyond what is expected of me. Katie was born in Farmington, New Mexico. She has two amazing children that she learns from everyday. They have grown their family to 6 chickens, 3 fish, 1 dog, and 1 rabbit. When she is not working she is enjoying her hobbies of gardening and/or renovating houses. She has lived in Grand Junction since 2009 and absolutely love the area. Grand Junction offers the same amenities as the larger cities minus the larger city feel. She also loves exploring the variety of outdoor activities the area has to offer. She attended and graduated college in Columbus, Ohio. During that time she worked for the local newspaper and news station. After she graduated college she started working in the family business that specialized in upstream oil and gas. She has 20 years experience within the oil and gas industry. She started her career at the bottom and worked her way to COO with her primary focus on business growth and maximizing profitability. She trained and oversaw marketing and sales for 11 locations throughout the United States. At the time of her departure they had grown 60% in four years.. The company continuously won top performing awards from several manufacturers they represented. She is fortunate to have obtained these skills and utilize them for my clients with Bray Commercial Real Estate. Katie decided in 2021 to leave oil and gas and pursue her other passion, Real Estate. She is excited to start this new journey that combines her passion for business with Commercial Real Estate. Bray has given her an opportunity to pursue her 20 year dream.
