Katie Bates

Katie joined Brown & Co in September 2019 and is based in the Norwich office. In November 2022, Katie qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. Katie graduated from The University of Leeds with a degree in BSc (Hons) Geography in 2018. Following her undergraduate degree, Katie completed an MA in Real Estate Planning and Development at The University of Sheffield in 2019. Prior to joining Brown & Co, Katie completed a competitive summer internship scheme in London at one of the world’s largest real estate services companies. Katie divides her time between the agency, valuation, property management and professional divisions within the Commercial department, working across all sectors including the industrial, retail and office markets.
