Kathy Woodward, SIOR

Kathy Woodward has been in the commercial leasing and sales field for more than 20 years. She began her representation of the Southcreek Office Park in 1995. Since her arrival, the Park has grown from 200,000 square feet to approximately 1,300,000 square feet. Kathy has extensive experience representing and negotiating all types of office leases, from large corporate users to small, hometown users. Kathy was the 2004 Commercial Division, Board Chair and was the President for the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors® (KCRAR). She was selected as the 2008 Commercial Broker of the Year as well as the KCRAR 2009 REALTOR® of the Year.
