Kathy Ryan has been exceptionally successful in establishing herself as a commercial leasing agent with Beitler Commercial Realty Services. She specializes in the highly competitive and desirable market of Santa Monica and the Westside. Because of her prior background she works mostly with clients involved in exercise, yoga, medication, and all healing venues, such as: Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Life Coaching, Acupuncture and Spas. Through her determination, hard work, and positive attitude, she enjoys an excellent reputation along with her ongoing accomplishments. That determination saw Kathy open the first yoga studio in Wellesley, Massachusetts, where she conducted classes, workshops, and retreats. Her clients included Canyon Ranch, Kripalu, Wellesley College, Harvard University, Babson College, Newton-Wellesley Hospital and the Sports Club LA. She was featured twice on the NBC Today Show program for segments regarding “Yoga on the Beach” and “Yoga When You Are Injured”. Her professional background includes being a choreograper, dancer and event planner. Kathy organized high-end events for Hollywood entities including: Dick Clark Productions, Disney Studios, DreamWorks, and Universal Studios, along with many music awards, tv commerials and videos. She planned private events for a range of entertainment personalities such as Elizabeth Taylor, Kevin Costner, Arnold Schwarztenegger, Sharon Stone, Wiliam Shatner, David Hasselhoff, and Pamela Anderson.
