Kathy de la Vergne

Kathy de la Vergne is a healthcare real estate specialist with an extensive history of healthcare project development.  She has over eighteen years of commercial real estate experience, with the past eight years exclusively in the healthcare development field.  Her responsibilities include market feasibility analysis, structuring medical developments, development of comprehensive tenant mix and marketing programs, lease negotiations, project and property management, tenant suite development and project disposition. Prior to Trophy Healthcare Realty, Kathy held similar responsibilities for a regional office of the nation’s largest healthcare developer.  She is a Texas licensed real estate broker and a graduate of Southern Methodist University.
