She is a transplanted Californian and has lived in the Bay area for almost 40 years. She loves living here and enjoys the weather, the diversity and the incredible flow and exchange of ideas. Through Rotary, she has become involved in working with Rotaplast, an organization devoted to repairing cleft lip and cleft palates in children and adults in developing countries. She has worked on funding missions since 2006, currently involved with the Sabor de Valle festival in San Jose into a larger event that supports Rotaplast. She has a son that lives in the Willow Glen area and he keeps her technically savvy since that is his field of expertise. She loves to travel to experience other cultures. She has sold residential and investment properties all over the Bay Area. She has consistently been in the top 1% of real estate sales agents for the last ten years. She is a charter member of Contempo Realty’s Platinum Club. She received the Centurion Award from Century 21 for over 10 million in sales in 1997. She received the Centurion Award for over 12 million in real estate sales in 1998. Her sales production for 1999 was over 21 million and she received the Grand Centurion Award. Her sales production for 2000 was 27 million in sales and she received the Grand Centurion Award. She’s been the number one listing agent, number one buyer’s agent and Top Producer for the years 1999 and 2000. She has been a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Premier for the year 2001, 2002, and 2003. International President’s Premier is awarded to agents who produce a minimum of $550,000 in Closed Adjusted Gross Commission Income. She was a panelist at the Superstar Retreat in 1997. She was a panelist on the Mike Ferry Superstar Panel for the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors Tradeshow in September 1999.
