Kathryn Gillespie

Kathryn B. Gillespie serves as President and Broker of 15 Properties. Ms. Gillespie specializes in office, medical office and retail properties located within Broward and Palm Beach counties. Prior to starting 15 Properties, Kathryn was a licensed real estate advisor with SVN Commercial Realty for seven years. Kathryn served as a transaction manager and marketing coordinator of the SVN Fort Lauderdale office for a number of years before becoming a licensed advisor in 2014. Throughout Kathryn’s professional career she has managed multiple family owned commercial rental properties in Palm Beach and Broward Counties where she has acquired a vast knowledge of the South Florida real estate market and worked with the most current, state of the art marketing strategies in the real estate industry. Kathryn’s perseverance, detail oriented work ethic, patience, and commitment are the driving forces that assist her in serving the needs of commercial real estate clients. A native Floridian, Kathryn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. She is a sports enthusiast and an active member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and The Boys and Girls Club.
