Kathy Helbig-Strick has led one of the highest selling REALTOR® groups in St. Louis MO and surrounding Counties for 26 years, selling over 1 billion in personal production throughout her career. In 2008, in addition to running her high producing team, Kathy embarked on franchise brokerage ownership as a co/owner of a Keller Williams National brand in the St. Charles/West territory She assisted in the debut, launch and growth of the company for the next 9 years. In 2016, Kathy envisioned something more than “traditional real estate as usual”. She took a leap of faith and launched her own premier boutique-style, independent brokerage, doubling their business in the first year that Experience Realty Partners was established, and has continued driving growth each year for nearly 5 years. That growth and changes in the industry prompted her next steps of merging her Independent brokerage with the fastest growing global real estate company, exp Realty. Kathy continues to coach and mentor agents to enjoy successful real estate careers and serves her agents and clients at the highest level as a broker/owner, all while maintaining top sales rankings. She continues to be one of the highest reviewed agent groups in the St. Louis area with some of the most 5-star reviews! Kathy’s newest passion combines real estate and mortgage to impact realtors’ bottom line while creating a better client experience.
