ABOUT KATHI - One of the Top 7 Women of Coldwell Banker Commercial Globally / Platinum Producer Kathi was born and raised in Pasadena, CA and for a few years lived in Hawaii as a young child. Kathi found her way to commercial real estate via a non-traditional route. While attending the Annenberg School for Communications at USC, she worked in property management for her families shopping center, Japanese Village Plaza in Little Tokyo. She went on to work at Arthur Andersen LLP for the Worldwide Director of the Entertainment & Hospitality Division, in the marketing department, specifically dedicated to the Entertainment team. After graduating USC, Kathi began her 20+ year career in corporate America in the legal field working for some of the most prestigious law firms in the country, such as Latham & Watkins, Munger Tolles & Olson and WilmerHale. Kathi has had an opportunity to be a part of various retail and hospitality ventures, including the Premier Jewelry Mart in Pasadena, Baccus Wine Bar, Café Verona and Big Daddy’s Bar & Grill. Kathi is a part of the illustrious Team Ukropina, and has become one of the Top 7 Women of Coldwell Banker Commercial Globally. Kathi specializes in the office and retail sector. Last but not least, Kathi is a mother of 2 amazing children, Alexandria and Michael. They are both graduates of Arcadia High School. Alexandria is a graduate of the Marshall School of Business at USC and Michael is currently attending Cal State Los Angeles.
