Well, 17 years of listening, talking, working my butt off and running around fixing other agents’ errors have taught me a few (ok many) things about what a client really needs. NOT WHAT THEY think they need from a realtor but what they really need someone to tell them about buying or selling. Not what they want to hear, not what makes it easy for them to move forward (because who doesn't love just getting that checklist done, right?) and not agreeing with the other agents about the market, the how, the why and the when.

I have studied, worked hard to learn more, gathering my skills, failed more than anyone (ok, it just feels like that) and spent time talking to the top agents all over the Americas and Europe (I can tell you all about Italian Real Estate Sales!) that I am usually the ONLY AGENT who doesn't agree with a recommendation, an opinion or a price that a home should sell for that 99% of the other agents tell a seller. Why?

I really believe it is all boils down to my obsessive love of needing to really understand things. I have always been the one to read directions for anything (it is a joke in my family, really) and I love knowing how they all fit together. I love knowing the What, When, How and Why of a home's value, the buyer’s mindset, the market's mindset

(seriously, a market has a temperament), why Staging is worth spending money on even if it’s just removing the clutter and using your furniture, and I could go on. But I realized sellers just want to get the ease of being told what to do so I needed to just simplify what I do differently, craft a clear path and clear all obstacles for my clients while still including them. Sellers are overwhelmed enough. I can't ask them to take in so much new info. Let's be honest. You just want to sell for the best price, with the least drama, the least amount of work and soon. I get it....

It was then that I finally realized what I needed to do…

Through my Seller Program I stumbled upon a cool way to get everyone what they wanted more off.

This little “secret” enabled me to my sellers the best of what they wanted.

Would you like to know what I found out? Are you interested to learn how I was able to get them the best experience selling?"
