Kate Urey

Ms. Urey focuses on providing leadership, strategy, planning and guidance for the comprehensive leasing and redevelopment efforts of the Firm and day to day management of all leasing and redevelopment programs nationwide. Ms. Urey works to streamline leasing activities and represent the organization’s innovative business model, strategies and successes to prospects. Most recently, Ms. Urey was with Parkway where she served as Managing Director for the Southeast and Vice President. During her time with Parkway, Ms. Urey was involved with the acquisition and disposition of assets totaling $1.0bn.
